Integrity Physical Therapy is celebrating its opening with a new website and the introduction of its quality-of-life focused rehabilitation services.
Now open in Mandeville and accepting new patients, Integrity Physical Therapy is staffed with doctoral-level therapists who are trained in evidence based practice.
"Evidence based practice combines the most recent evidence on treatment techniques with clinical experience for the best possible patient outcomes," says Physical Therapist and owner Ryan Bozant. "It encourages the implementation of new technologies to support proven traditional rehabilitation practices."
Integrity Physical Therapy allows for early and late appointments in its state-of-the-art facility. A convenient location, free patient consultations and individualized attention are just a few reasons why therapists Todd Currier and Ryan Bozant believe they set themselves apart from other rehabilitation facilities.
"With direct access to physical therapists now possible, patients truly have more of a choice in their physical therapy," said Todd Currier. "Not only can they have evaluations without waiting on doctor appointments, they also have an idea of their own abilities should they need to see a physician after all."
Under a new Louisiana law, patients may see physical therapists for up to 30 days without physical referral. At that time, if there is no objective progress, patients need a physician referral to continue therapy. Considered time and cost saving for patients, physical therapists can now also share their own findings with doctors should the need arise for a physician appointment, offering an extra layer of information in the treatment process.
Integrity Physical Therapy offers services beyond traditional physical rehabilitation including dry needle therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and therapeutic ultrasound. For more information, visit integrityphysicaltherapy.com or call (985) 778-2540.
